I am seeking challenging opportunities in a reputable firm that has a focus on delivering high quality projects with a desire to establish long term and mutually beneficial relationships.
As a Bachelor of Architecture graduate 5 yr degree - (BAC+5) I have a passion not only for the beauty and sensitivity of the vernacular architecture of France, but also for the exploration and application of modern architecture and its use of new enhanced material capacities provided by modern technology.
With 15 years of experience as a qualified builder, and having worked on both residential and commercial projects in Germany, Spain, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and Australia, I am able to quickly visualize a project and promptly draft it. Moreover I speak fluent English and Spanish, and a have a good understanding of German and French.
At present I have been working in a small private French practice using Archicad software. My architecture experience includes both preliminary and developed design for residential projects along with tendering, contract formation and observation. Due to my extensive building industry experience I am able to manage projects with an in depth understanding of the construction process to provide clear and concise direction for an efficient delivery.
I am available for part-time, full-time or contract based work at your convenience.
